We offer returns on regular stock items in new and resalable condition, or items deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect, within 60 days of purchase. Products that have been defaced, opened, damaged, used or labeled with other tags are not eligible for return.
We are unable to honour a return on products purchased over 60 days, hair extensions, special orders, education, furniture and salon equipment, scissors/texturizers, brushes/combs, skin care, nail, cosmetic/makeup, or esthetician implements and tools, for hygienic reasons.
ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. (Defective items after one year warranty need to be returned through the manufacturer.) Restocking fees may apply to returns of large quantities.
All clearance or discontinued items, limited edition, holiday packs, boxed or special promotions are FINAL SALE.
Returns can be made easily in one of our 10 store locations or through your Sales Consultant. For online sales or orders shipped from our warehouse, any damaged products or items sent in error must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
